From the minute we met Ali we felt supported, cared for and our memory of our Mum, respected.

Whilst we navigated through many emotions over the weeks leading up to the funeral, Ali helped us write our own eulogy and whilst it didn't follow the normal expectations of a funeral, Ali made it easy for us to honour our Mum our way, holding us through the whole ceremony and being there to step in if we couldn't read the eulogy ourselves.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the beautiful way you led my brother‘s funeral. Your warmth and compassion brought so much comfort to us during such a difficult time. You didn’t just conduct the funeral, you helped tell his story in such a personal and meaningful way, and we’ll always be grateful for that, it truly reflected who he was and the love we all had for him.

Many people told us it was the most touching and meaningful funeral they’d ever been to, and that’s thanks to you.
