Your first planning meeting with me isn't an interview, a test, or a formal planning session where you need all the answers. Think of it more as a relaxed conversation over a cup of tea (or a glass of wine!) where I begin getting to know you both and we explore your vision for your wedding day.

What We'll Talk About

Your Love Story - Be prepared to share a little about how you met, your first impressions of one another, memorable moments, adventures you've shared and what makes your relationship unique. I love getting to know my couples, so it's a lovely time where we can relax and enjoy the process.

Your Wedding Day Vision

We'll chat about:
 

• Your venue and location

• The style of wedding you're planning

• The atmosphere you'd like to create

• Whether you're traditional, modern, quirky, relaxed or somewhere in between

• Any themes, colours or special ideas you have
  
   

The Ceremony Itself
We'll explore:
 

• Personal vows

• Readings and poems

• Music choices

• Family involvement

• Children and pets

• Symbolic rituals such as handfasting, ring warming or unity ceremonies
  I have a Vow Writing guide if you would like to pen your own, as well as resources for finding the perfect poems and music, if you require some inspiration

You don't need folders, spreadsheets or a detailed itinerary!
